Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 4–5 years of full-service restaurant management experience
  • Proven success leading high-volume operations with $5M+ in annual sales
  • Demonstrated ability to manage teams of 50+ across FOH and BOH
  • Strong P&L management, budgeting, and financial reporting skills
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching abilities
  • Valid ServSafe Manager Certification (or ability to obtain promptly)

Preferred Background & Skills

  • Background in scratch Southern-inspired, or regional American cuisine a plus
  • History of success with systems-driven multi-unit management company
  • Familiarity with POS, scheduling, and reporting systems (e.g., Aloha, Toast, Compeat)
  • Strong community engagement and ability to represent the brand with pride and professionalism
