Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 4–5 years of full-service restaurant management experience
- Proven success leading high-volume operations with $5M+ in annual sales
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams of 50+ across FOH and BOH
- Strong P&L management, budgeting, and financial reporting skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching abilities
- Valid ServSafe Manager Certification (or ability to obtain promptly)
Preferred Background & Skills
- Background in scratch Southern-inspired, or regional American cuisine a plus
- History of success with systems-driven multi-unit management company
- Familiarity with POS, scheduling, and reporting systems (e.g., Aloha, Toast, Compeat)
- Strong community engagement and ability to represent the brand with pride and professionalism
