  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in restaurant management, with a track record of success in leadership roles overseeing large-scale operations.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Establish high standards for customer service and restaurant ambiance to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop standardized operational processes to ensure consistency and compliance with brand standards.
  • Analyze financial reports and performance indicators to track profitability and implement corrective actions as needed.
