Project Manager

Project Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an accredited institution preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in project management.
- VA PE license from DPOR is preferred.
Project Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Experience with project-related software for traffic, hydraulics, and land development.
Project Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Write, edit, and approve project proposals, cost estimates, and plans.
- Manage design and construction contracts, including subcontractors.
- Conduct design analyses and execute calculations for various engineering projects.
- Oversee daily workflow of production staff to ensure timely project delivery.
- Perform quality assurance and quality control analyses on all project submittals.
- Communicate with clients regarding project requirements and timelines.
