Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an assistant in a casual full-service concept or GM experience in a fast casual concept
- Significant to-go/catering experience
- Solid tenure
- Hands-on leadership style, working side-by-side to support the team
- Ability and desire to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends
