We’re seeking an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead our team at a family-owned, full-service restaurant and bar. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the management and hourly team to achieve operational excellence.
• Ensure consistent execution of food quality, service standards, and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee daily operations of both the restaurant and bar, ensuring compliance with all service and safety regulations.
• Manage P&L performance, including labor, food, beverage, and controllable expenses.
• Drive sales and profitability through strong community engagement and local marketing initiatives.
• Handle hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management for all team members.
• Maintain a warm, family-oriented culture that supports teamwork and professional growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager or senior-level manager in a full-service restaurant with bar operations.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and motivate.
• Proven success managing budgets, cost controls, and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• A true passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
