Director of Guest Services
Join a respected hospitality organization as the Director of Guest Services, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the guest experience and leading a dedicated team. Director of Guest Services Benefits & Compensation

Director of Guest Services Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of previous Guest Services or Rooms Division management experience.
- Experience in a luxury hotel and/or upscale full-service boutique hotel is required. Must have been at a property of at least 200 rooms or more.
- Proficiency in systems such as Opera Cloud, Alice, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
