Executive Sous Chef – Up to $125,000

We are seeking an Executive Sous Chef who thrives in high-energy, high-standard kitchens. Executive Sous Chef Benefits & Compensation

Executive Sous Chef Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 7+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience in a high-volume or fine-dining environment.
  • Proven ability to lead by example and deliver consistency in fast-paced service.
  • Solid business acumen — understands P&L, cost control, and the financial aspects of running a kitchen.
  • Calm and composed presence under pressure with a passion for developing teams.
  • ServSafe certification preferred.
  • Culinary degree a plus, but strong experience matters most.

Executive Sous Chef Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily culinary operations across multiple outlets, ensuring precision and consistency in every dish.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a talented back-of-house team, developing future leaders while maintaining top-tier standards.
  • Partner with the Executive Chef on menu innovation, seasonal updates, and flawless execution.
  • Manage food and labor costs with an operator’s mindset, maintaining both quality and profitability.
  • Ensure best-in-class safety, sanitation, and product-handling standards at all times.
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships and oversee ordering, inventory, and product rotation.
  • Take ownership of kitchen culture, building teamwork, accountability, and pride.
