Restaurant Assistant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a high-volume fine dining or upscale restaurant
- Strong preference for candidates with steakhouse experience
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal health and sanitation laws
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Team player with the ability to take ownership of situations
