The Role
As a Regional Manager, you’ll oversee multiple locations and lead General Managers to ensure operational excellence, financial performance, and outstanding guest experiences. You’ll play a key role in coaching teams, driving results, and maintaining consistency across all stores in your region.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, mentor, and develop General Managers and restaurant teams.
- Oversee staffing, hiring, onboarding, and labor management across your region.
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and operational expenses.
- Ensure all locations deliver top-notch guest service and maintain quality standards.
- Support the implementation of new initiatives, operational improvements, and product rollouts.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and food regulations.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7 years of multi-unit restaurant management experience, preferably in high-volume quick-service.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Solid financial understanding, including P&L and budget management.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with flexible hours.
- Proficiency in restaurant management systems and standard office tools.
