Well-known and reputable resort in Virginia/DC market is hiring a Director of Sales to be the driving force of growth and excellence!
Director of Sales Benefits:

Director of Sales Qualifications & Requirements:
- 6+ years in a hotel/resort sales manager role
- Experience selling 550+ rooms to groups
- Experience selling for a hotel/resort with over 85K sf of event/meeting space
- Excellent sales abilities
- Experience leading a team of Sales Managers and Representatives
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Delphi and comfortable with e-proposals
Director of Sales Preferred Background & Skills:
- Pre-opening sales experience
- Knowledge of DC and Virginia resort/hotel and convention center market
- Existing book of business, with a loyal following of clients
