Area Manager – Austin, Houston & San Antonio

Area Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the restaurant industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Drive
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven leadership abilities with experience managing staff and projects
- Budget development and oversight experience
- Ability to manage multiple locations effectively
- Physical ability to lift 30-40 lbs and perform tasks requiring standing, bending, and reaching
Area Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience in a fast-paced, community-focused restaurant environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative management style
- Ability to engage in constructive debates on organizational issues
- Comfort in public speaking and presenting to large groups
- Experience in staff development and training
- Familiarity with financial management and operational planning
- Open to feedback and direction, with a commitment to achieving results
