🌺 Lead the Future of Retail in Hawai‘i – Director of Liquor

Large grocery retailer, is seeking a visionary liquor retail leader to shape and elevate the shopping experience. Relocation to Honolulu.

What You’ll Do as a Director of Liquor:

Responsible for all aspects of sales and merchandising in all the stores across all the Hawaii islands.
Lead the store pricing, product assortment and inventory control to maximize sales and profitability.
Collaborate with the buying and merchandising team to increase the customer experience as well as profitability.
Develop strong relationships with liquor supplier to ensure completive pricing, delivery and assortment.
Travel across the islands working with the grocery team.

What We’re Looking For from a Director of Liquor:

5+ years of leadership in the liquor industry (multi-unit or corporate-level).
Proven track record in growing sales, profitability, and customer engagement.
Strong understanding of Hawai‘i’s marketplace and customer expectations.
Expertise in optimizing store space and managing trends.
Collaborative, inspiring leadership style with excellent communication skills.
