Are you a people-first leader who knows how to run a floor and craft a killer guest experience—with a bar program that keeps the good times flowing?
We’re growing fast and need a FOH Manager who can handle volume, inspire a team, and keep both brisket and bourbon flowing smoothly.
What you'll do:
- Be the go-to floor leader and guest experience expert
- Oversee a high-performing FOH team
- Keep our bar program dialed in and profitable
- Solve problems on the fly like a pro
- Collaborate on strategy and keep operations tight
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years FOH management
- Strong leadership and communication chops
- Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
- Cool head under pressure and hospitality-first mindset
