Regional Grocery Manager Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for locations in South Carolina, North Carolina and Atlanta
  • Ability to travel at a moments notice
  • Directly supervises, oversees, guides, coach, and mentor teams in each state
  • Direct and execute your team and strategies that will increase sales and profitability
  • Community-focused
  • Strong communication skills as well as ensure compliance with corporate offices
  • Ability to maneuver in warehouse operations

Regional Grocery Manager Qualifications:

  • Positive leadership with a people first mentality
  • 5+ years in Grocery Regional Management experience required
  • Has been a Regional Manager for a minimum of 5 large grocery store locations
  • Background in P&L, inventory control, hiring / training staff, merchandising, cash control, payroll, security / loss prevention
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and direct a large staff
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail

Regional Grocery Manager Benefits:

  • Salary $120K to $130K
  • Bonus eligibility up to $50k annually
