Assistant General Manager – Wynwood, Miami
Join a dynamic and innovative restaurant group as they prepare to open a new location in Wynwood. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate leader with a background in Italian cuisine to help shape a new dining experience.
Assistant General Manager Benefits and Compensation:

Assistant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a management role within the restaurant industry
- Strong background in Italian cuisine
- Proficiency in the Italian language
- Ability to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional customer service
- Skills in inventory management and cost control
Assistant General Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Passion for creating memorable dining experiences and fostering a positive team culture
