Pizzaiolo Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Italian cuisine
- Proficiency in the Italian language
- Ability to prepare a variety of pizzas and Italian dishes
- Strong knowledge of traditional Italian cooking techniques
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
Pizzaiolo Preferred Background & Skills:
- Previous experience in an upscale dining environment
- Passion for Italian culinary traditions
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen setting
- Creative flair and willingness to contribute to menu development
