Head Chef – Wynwood, Miami

Head Chef Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Italian cuisine
- Proficiency in the Italian language
- Strong leadership skills to manage kitchen staff effectively
- Ability to create and execute a diverse menu
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
- Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing kitchen operations, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Head Chef Preferred Background & Skills:
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in a similar role within an upscale dining environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for Italian culture and cuisine
- Creative mindset with a flair for menu innovation
