General Manager – Virgina Highlands
Join a rapidly growing café concept that values real leadership and offers a unique opportunity for growth. We are seeking a General Manager who is ready to take ownership and lead a high-performing team without the constraints of late-night shifts or corporate bureaucracy.
General Manager Benefits and Compensation:
- Base salary up to $100,000 with bonus potential

General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven experience leading a high-volume upscale café or restaurant with a significant catering business

- Demonstrated track record of operational and financial success
General Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Ability to create and foster a thriving team culture
