Multi Unit General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Oversee all daily operations of 2 fast casual restaurants
  • Provide high-level leadership – the ability to lead, inspire & motivate the team
  • Manage all financials, HR, scheduling, payroll, budgeting, forecasting,
  • Be guest centric

Multi Unit General Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Must be hands-on & have proven, successful experience in high-end guest service
  • Polished, well-spoken, professional, & have excellent communication skills
  • Technology proficiency
  • Must pass full background test
