Multi Unit General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

Oversee all daily operations of 2 fast casual restaurants
Provide high-level leadership – the ability to lead, inspire & motivate the team
Manage all financials, HR, scheduling, payroll, budgeting, forecasting,
Be guest centric

Multi Unit General Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

Must be hands-on & have proven, successful experience in high-end guest service
Polished, well-spoken, professional, & have excellent communication skills
Technology proficiency
Must pass full background test
