A fast-growing restaurant and entertainment group in Columbus is looking for a hands-on Director of Hospitality & Event Sales to lead a talented team and convert a flood of inbound leads into unforgettable events. This is an incredible opportunity for a sales leader from the restaurant, hotel, or event venue world who thrives on relationships, coaching, and closing deals.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead a team of five hospitality sales professionals and drive accountability
- Manage and convert 30+ daily inbound leads through Tripleseat
- Grow and maintain a strong local book of business across Columbus
- Develop sales strategies to increase event conversions and client retention
- Travel quarterly to other Midwest locations to share best practices
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven sales leadership experience in hospitality, events, or catering
- Tripleseat experience required
- Passionate closer with strong communication, organization, and team development skills
- High energy and ownership — willing to go the extra mile to close the deal
