Our client is seeking a Financial Compliance Analyst to join their team to lead global compliance efforts across audits, tax, insurance, and corporate reporting. You’ll play a key role in safeguarding financial integrity while partnering with teams worldwide. This role is a chance to make a global impact—ensuring compliance, protecting business integrity, and shaping process improvements. Financial Compliance Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Manage statutory audits in multiple countries—coordinate timelines, prepare trial balances, and ensure accurate filings.
  • Support global tax audits and review monthly sales tax returns for accuracy and risk.
  • Oversee corporate insurance renewals, claims, and certificates.
  • Partner with external advisors on transfer pricing documentation and intercompany processes.
  • Prepare compliance and environmental reporting for corporate submissions.
  • Stay current on regulations and serve as a trusted compliance resource internally.

Financial Compliance Analyst Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
  • 5+ years in auditing and compliance
  • Strong tax and accounting knowledge; ERP/SAP a plus
  • Advanced Excel/Word skills
