Looking for a strong self-starting Restaurant Kitchen Manager to join our team!

Restaurant Kitchen Manager Responsibilities Include:

Train, coach, and direct team – strive for excellence
Build respectful relationships with every member of the kitchen team while holding them accountable – integrity is essential
Manage high standards while paying attention to every detail
Focus with the team on creating unforgettable guest experiences every time
Keep operations running smoothly in a very high-volume environment
Tightly manage portion sizes, recipe adherence, prep list completion, and waste controls

Restaurant Kitchen Manager Qualifications Include:

2 plus years of experience in a like role
Knowledge of COGs management and financials
Hospitality gene and Servant Leader mentality
