A nationwide Food Service Company is looking for a Food Sales Representative to handle the Raleigh market. We are open to current Food Service Professionals or experienced outside salespeople. This position provides an opportunity to cultivate existing customers/ relationships, generate new business and provide quality products to help our customers achieve their goals.

 

Food Sales Representative Benefits and Qualifications:

·      High School Diploma/GED is required 

·      1 year of prior sales, business, or (prefer) food sales distribution experience

·      Maintaining a valid state driver's license and a safe driving record

 

Food Sales Responsibilities:

·      Responsible for the overall sales for your assigned area.  

·      Relationship management for existing and prospective customers.

·      Identifying and researching prospective customers within your territory.

·      Visiting all customers within the assigned territory on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis

·      Communicating order status and order processing updates to customers

·      Developing sales strategies that highlight products, services, and solutions to our customers.

·      Conducting business reviews to determine existing customers’ needs and areas of opportunity for growing sales

·      Balancing new customers acquisition and deepening and strengthening existing customer relationships
