We are seeking an accomplished SVP, Senior Living Culinary + Nutrition Services to lead, optimize, and scale our national senior living division. This executive role will oversee culinary and F+B operations nationwide, drive supplier and contract performance, strengthen client partnerships, and mentor a high-performing team dedicated to excellence in service and innovation.


SVP, Senior Living Salary + Benefits:

SVP, Senior Living Salary, Requirements + Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of senior leadership experience in multi-site F+B operations, ideally within senior living, healthcare, or hospitality
  • Proven track record managing large, diverse teams and complex service contracts
  • Strong strategic planning, budgeting, and operational improvement skills
  • Executive presence with exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
  • Expertise in workforce planning, productivity management, and performance metrics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business platforms
  • Ability to travel 40–60%, including overnight as needed

SVP, Senior Living, Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management: Oversee performance, compliance, and optimization of service agreements
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships to ensure quality, value, and innovation
  • Coaching & Development: Lead and mentor a national team, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and operational excellence
