We are a dynamic and growing law firm seeking a Senior Real Estate Attorney/Partner to lead and expand our real estate practice. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a passion for leadership, client service, and team development.
Senior Real Estate Attorney Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the real estate practice, fostering team growth and excellence
- Manage and execute commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing agreements
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and strategic counsel
- Develop and implement team policies and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency
- Drive business development efforts by cultivating new client relationships and referral sources
- Meet and exceed billing and utilization goals on a monthly and annual basis
Senior Real Estate Attorney Requirements:
- Licensed to practice law in Colorado with 10+ years of relevant real estate experience
- Expertise in commercial real estate transactions, including title review, easement agreements, and leasing for office, retail, and warehouse spaces
- Extensive experience in land use, development, entitlement work, and construction agreements
- Strong drafting and analytical skills with a proven ability to devise and execute innovative solutions
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a history of mentoring and growing legal teams
- Portable book of business preferred but not required
Senior Real Estate Attorney Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of $150,000–$200,000, plus a performance-based bonus structure
