Join a boutique labor & employment law firm, and work with attorneys leading high-profile cases across California!
Get hands-on litigation exposure in employment and labor law. Support multiple attorneys while managing discovery, filings, and case organization, all within a collaborative, inclusive culture with growth opportunities! This fully remote role offers occasional travel for meetings or events.
Litigation Paralegal Benefits and Compensation:
- Fully remote within California (Bay Area) with occasional travel for meetings or events

Litigation Paralegal Qualifications/Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree + ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate; 3+ years’ law firm experience
- Draft and edit legal documents, manage discovery, assist with filings, organize case materials, track deadlines, and support multiple attorneys
- Microsoft 365, document management systems, litigation support software, strong communication and organizational skills
- Hands-on litigation exposure, growth opportunities
