Restaurant General Manager – High-Volume Steakhouse
Join a premier, high-volume steakhouse that’s redefining upscale dining. We’re seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a talented team and deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.

Restaurant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of General Manager experience in an upscale, full-service restaurant
- Proven success managing $10M+ in annual sales volume
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and maintain a winning culture
- Passion for great food, impeccable service, and guest satisfaction
- Energetic, positive, and solutions-driven with an ownership mentality
- Oversee all front-of-house operations with a focus on quality, consistency, and hospitality
- Drive guest satisfaction, team performance, and operational excellence
- Coach, develop, and inspire staff to deliver top-tier service
- Manage budgets, labor, and cost controls to achieve financial targets
- Lead by example, setting high standards for professionalism and teamwork
Restaurant General Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience in high-volume dining environments
- Familiarity with restaurant management software and POS systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Previous experience in training and staff development
