Clinical Training Manager – City, State

Clinical Training Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of cath lab procedures and vascular closure techniques
- Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field
- Experience in clinical training or education within the medical device industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel and work both independently and within cross-functional teams
- Responsibilities include developing relationships with healthcare providers, operationalizing new clinical sites, and monitoring program effectiveness
Clinical Training Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Previous experience in a clinical training role
- Familiarity with regulatory bodies and compliance standards
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Passion for improving patient outcomes through education and training
