Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily restaurant operations and management team performance
  • Oversee scheduling, training, and execution of BOH/FOH standards
  • Drive cost control, budgeting, and operational efficiency
  • Execute local marketing strategies, including events and happy hours
  • Ensure high-quality menu execution and smooth rollouts
  • Build and develop high-performing teams through mentorship and accountability

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven leadership and operational management experience
  • Strong knowledge of both BOH and FOH functions
  • Expertise in marketing promotions, specials, and local store marketing
  • Minimum 3 years as a Senior Manager or GM in a full-service concept
  • Financially astute with a track record of improving profitability
  • Excellent communicator with strong organizational skills
  • People-first mindset focused on team development and guest satisfaction
