We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to serve as Executive Assistant to the Founder of a mission-driven organization. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, manage high-level projects, and contribute to the growth of an organization that is making a real impact. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to the Founder, including scheduling, preparing materials, and managing priorities.
- Coordinate meetings, take notes, and prepare summaries or presentations.
- Support board coordination, donor engagement, and partner communications.
- Assist with event planning, volunteer management, and special projects.
- Maintain records, manage credentialing documents, and support general office operations.
- Anticipate needs, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Executive Assistant Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite (experience with Salesforce or Canva a plus).
- Energetic, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
