We are seeking a skilled Finance Controller to oversee financial operations and provide strategic insights that drive business growth. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll play a key part in ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.
Finance Controller – Benefits & Compensation

Finance Controller – Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CMA or equivalent required
- 6+ years of progressive accounting/financial management experience, with 2+ years in a Controller role
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, compliance, and financial regulations
- Proficiency with ERP systems (Dynamics 365 preferred) and advanced Excel
Must Haves
- Lead monthly/annual close processes and deliver accurate financial statements
- Manage budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and working capital
- Oversee ERP financial modules, ensuring accurate financial and inventory data
- Establish and enforce internal controls, ensuring compliance with regulations
Finance Controller – Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience in small to mid-sized company environments
- Background in financial modeling and strategic planning
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 ERP or similar systems
- Proven track record of improving financial processes and efficiency
