About Us

We are a growing company with operations across retail, wholesale, and corporate divisions. We are seeking a Staff Accountant to join our team and support financial reporting, audits, and cross-functional accounting processes.

The Role

The Staff Accountant will play a key role in maintaining accurate financials, assisting with audits, and supporting accounting operations across multiple business units. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to grow in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Staff Accountant Preferred Background and Skills:

• Assist with monthly and annual financial statements and audit documentation.
• Manage retail and cost accounting, inventory, CIP/WIP, fixed assets, and reconciliations.
• Partner with Accounting, Retail, and Wholesale teams to ensure accurate reporting.
• Utilize Excel, PDI Technologies, and Yardi software to support accounting functions.
• Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and system implementations.

Staff Accountant Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of accounting experience required.
• Strong Excel skills; PDI/Enterprise, Microsoft GP, and Yardi preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
