Our client, a fast-growing plaintiff-side law firm, is seeking a talented Employment Law Associate Attorney to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in high-profile state and federal class action litigation while advocating for employees and consumers against some of the nation’s largest companies.

Employment Law Associate Attorney Requirements & Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in California or Washington (or currently licensed in another U.S. jurisdiction with pending admission to the CA or WA Bar)

• 1–3 years of experience in civil litigation with knowledge of discovery, motion practice, oral advocacy, and depositions

• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively from day one

• Strong legal research, writing, and courtroom presentation skills

• Willingness and ability to travel for hearings, depositions, and client matters as needed

Employment Law Associate Attorney Preferred Background & Skills:

• Prior exposure to class actions, wage-and-hour disputes, or complex litigation

• A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset with a passion for employee and consumer rights
