About Us: We are a multi-location hospitality brand known for culinary excellence and exceptional guest experiences, featuring three unique restaurants. As we grow, we seek a strategic, detail-oriented Controller to oversee our financial operations.

Job Summary: The Controller will lead financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and analysis across all locations, providing actionable insights to drive profitability and streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage budgets and forecasts.
  • Perform variance analysis and project sales.
  • Prepare financial reports and analyze P&L statements.
  • Monitor food, beverage, and labor costs.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and assist with audits.
  • Develop financial models for new store openings and evaluate marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 3–6 years of finance experience, ideally in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant economics and advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to communicate financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
