General Manager – Fast Casual | Scratch Kitchen | Raleigh, NC
A well-established, high-volume fast casual restaurant group is seeking a General Manager to lead operations at one of its flagship locations. This role offers the chance to make an immediate impact while building toward a defined career path into multi-unit leadership as the company continues to grow and expand.
General Manager Benefits & Compensation
- Base salary $85,000–$90,000
- Attainable bonus structure tied to KPIs
- Healthcare stipend
- PTO (2–3 weeks, begins accruing after 4 months)
General Manager Requirements & Must Haves
- 2+ years of General Manager experience in a fast casual environment
- Proven ability to drive sales growth through marketing, promotions, and guest engagement
- Hands-on leader engaged in both FOH and BOH; able to coach, train, and hold teams accountable
- Systems builder – able to design and implement processes where few currently exist
- Tech-savvy, with strong skills in scheduling, inventory, reporting systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Adaptable, creative, and able to think on your feet in a fast-paced, multi-revenue stream environment
General Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Scratch kitchen experience with strong attention to quality and consistency
- Exposure to catering or retail/market-style operations
- Some fast food experience acceptable if paired with polish and focus on quality
- Growth-minded, with proven experience scaling operations and developing toward multi-unit oversight
