Are you an enthusiastic people-person with a passion for healthy living, superfoods, and travel? We're looking for a New Store Opening Manager who can train and mentor new employees while strategically solving problems. You'll play a key role in supporting our franchisees to drive business growth and deliver an excellent guest experience. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy innovation, career growth, and the occasional silly food pun, we want to hear from you!

NSO Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- This role requires someone to be highly adaptable/flexible
- Loves to travel (2-3 weeks per month)
- Ability to work independently/self-starter
- Great interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in team development
- Must be 21 years of age to comply with state age travel requirements
NSO Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Great customer service
- Communication and Active Listening Skills
- Role model and train for excellent guest service standards
- Ability to multitask, have strong organization skills
- Maintain the standards of the company
- Be an ambassador for our brand!
