Physical Therapist Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the needs of geriatric patients.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve strength, balance, and mobility.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure optimal patient care.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.

Physical Therapist Qualifications:

• Valid physical therapy license in the state of New Jersey
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with elderly patients and their families.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Knowledge of geriatric physical therapy techniques and approaches preferred
