We are seeking a Clinical Director to lead and oversee all clinical operations, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care. This role involves managing clinical staff, supporting program development, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee clinical and non-clinical functions within the PHP.
• Ensure treatment planning and documentation meet licensing and accreditation standards.
• Facilitate team meetings and case reviews.
• Monitor client progress and implement evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance program effectiveness.
• Assist in audits and regulatory inquiries.
• Refine policies and improve clinical outcomes.
• Support recruitment and training of the Nova team.
• Maintain a safe and ethical clinical environment.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Active clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
• 5+ years of clinical experience and 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Knowledge of ASAM criteria, DSM-5, and trauma-informed care.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills; EMR proficiency required.

Compensation: $110,000 – $150,000, based on experience.
