Executive Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff to ensure excellence in preparation, presentation, and consistency.
- Contribute to menu development, seasonal specials, and recipe execution using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to control costs and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations; foster a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment.
- Fill in across various kitchen positions when needed to maintain smooth service.
- Stay informed on culinary trends and local competition to support continued innovation and relevance.
Executive Kitchen Manager Skills:
- Proven leadership experience in a fine dining or upscale kitchen environment.
- Mastery of culinary techniques and kitchen operations.
- A proactive, hands-on management style with strong problem-solving skills.
- Passion for excellence, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
