We are looking for a proven high-volume Catering Sales Coordinator to spearhead catering sales operations in the Kansas City metro. What you'll receive:

  • Annual base salary up to $65k
  • Strong, uncapped COMMISSION structure, typically in the $30k+ range/annually

  • 90% of time spent in a sales capacity and 10% presence at events, when necessary

What you'll bring & do:

  • 5+ years of recent experience as a Catering Sales Coordinator in an upscale full-service hotel or catering venue, including significant experience with large-scale on and off-site elevated catering operations and catering sales of $1-2 million per year as an individual contributor with total revenue in the $10-15 million range.
  • Regularly meet with clients and the sales team to present mutually beneficial and creative solutions to event challenges
  • Build and maintain a robust book of business
  • An engaging and polished professional presentation, including an innate comfortability with speaking in intimate settings and large group
