We are seeking a motivated Showroom Sales Manager to drive sales and lead overall showroom operations. This role focuses on implementing effective sales strategies, coaching and motivating a sales team, managing inventory, ensuring the showroom is visually appealing, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The Showroom Sales Manager will also oversee budgets, financial performance, and operational metrics while keeping up with industry trends and competitors. The ultimate goal: achieve sales targets, increase profitability, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Showroom Sales Manager Requirements/Responsibilities

  • 3+ years experience in retail sales management
  • Proven history of meeting or exceeding monthly sales revenue and margin goals
  • Demonstrated success in leading and motivating sales teams to achieve targets
  • Strong background in training, coaching, and developing sales associates
  • Track record of maintaining organized, customer-ready showroom environments
  • Experienced in reviewing sales reports, orders, and inventory for accuracy
  • Established ability to build customer retention and manage lead follow-up systems
  • History of collaborating effectively with corporate and cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of industry trends, promotions, and competitor strategies to stay ahead
