 Seeking an IT Support Engineer to oversee our IT infrastructure and operations. You’ll manage hardware, software, and systems across Mac and Windows, including Okta, JumpCloud, Google Workspace, domain management, and network security.  

You’ll support both remote and on-site staff, handle office IT setup, and ensure systems are secure and efficient. This role combines technical expertise with leadership, mentoring team members and driving improvements.  100% On-site in Atlanta

IT Support Engineer Key Responsibilities  

– Manage Mac and Windows systems, servers, and networks  

– Administer Okta for SSO and MFA, manage user access  

– Support Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar)  

– Oversee domain, DNS, SSL, and network configurations  

– Maintain office hardware, network, and telecom systems  

– Provide user support and resolve IT issues  

– Ensure security, data privacy, and compliance standards  

– Manage vendor relationships and the IT budget  

IT Support Engineer Requirements

– 10+ years in IT support and systems management  

– Experience with Mac and Windows deployment, troubleshooting  

– Skilled in Okta for identity and access management, SSO, and MFA.

-Experience managing Google Workspace, particularly Gmail, Calendar, and Drive

-Experience with Microsoft 365, particularly Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.  

– Knowledge of DNS, SSL, networking fundamentals  

– Office IT setup and maintenance experience  

– Leadership skills, able to manage small teams or vendors  

– Excellent communication skills  

– Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (preferred)
