We’re looking for a Licensed Land Surveyor (LLS) to join our team and play a key role in boundary, topographic, and ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys. This position offers the chance to work on diverse land development projects while advancing your career in a supportive, growth-focused environment.
Land Surveyor Responsibilities:
- Conduct boundary, topographic & ALTA surveys
- Operate GPS & total stations for accurate data collection
- Process survey data & prepare reports/plans
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers & clients
- Lead and guide survey crews
Land Surveyor Roles:
- Licensed Land Surveyor (NH) or eligible for licensure
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles & NH-BOLS Standards
- Skilled in modern survey instruments & software
- Excellent communication & leadership skills
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
