Seeking an HVAC Controls System Designer with an interest in designing building automation and controls systems for commercial and government facilities. This role supports multiple projects in a fast-paced consulting environment and offers exposure to complex, high-impact work.

Responsibilities:

Design HVAC controls systems, including equipment selection and system layouts
Develop control drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
Coordinate design efforts with internal teams and external partners
Support multiple projects simultaneously
Perform occasional local and state travel for field investigations and design coordination

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in HVAC controls system design or installation
Working knowledge of HVAC mechanical systems and operations
Proficiency with AutoCAD
Experience with Revit, MicroStation, or similar software preferred
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Self-motivated, team-oriented, and creative approach to design
