Office Manager – Heavy Equipment Dealership

What You’ll Do as an Office Manager

  • Oversee daily office operations with accuracy and efficiency
  • Prepare and manage facility paperwork in line with company and manufacturer guidelines
  • Support annual reviews and audits while ensuring compliance with policies and safety standards
  • Resolve customer service concerns quickly and effectively, driving repeat business
  • Collaborate with co-workers and suppliers while demonstrating the company’s values in every interaction

What We’re Looking for in an Office Manager

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2–3 years of experience in heavy equipment dealership management
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks and CDK
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on teamwork
