We are seeking a skilled Cold Side Line Cook to join our culinary team. This role is essential in preparing and presenting cold-side menu items—including salads, chilled appetizers, and accompaniments—with precision and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will bring professionalism, consistency, and pride in their work, while being eager to grow with a company dedicated to excellence in hospitality.


Responsibilities

  • Prepare and execute cold-side menu items with accuracy and consistency.
  • Support hot line cooks during service with prep, plating, and garnish execution.
  • Maintain food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
  • Uphold the high presentation standards of The Carver’s Reserve.
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented kitchen environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of line cook experience required (fine dining or upscale casual preferred).
  • Strong knife skills and station organization.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dinner-only environment.
  • Passion for food, precision, and creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Reliability and teamwork mindset.
