Executive Sous Chef Duties:

– Support a great team in running solid shifts

– Inspire and train a skilled kitchen staff to deliver culinary perfection.  

– Craft visually stunning presentations and ensure every dish is a masterpiece.  

– Partner with top suppliers to ensure only the finest ingredients grace our tables.  

– Consistently execute the menu on a daily basis
