Lead with creativity and passion as Executive Chef, overseeing all aspects of campus dining and shaping memorable culinary experiences for students, faculty, and guests.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design and execute diverse, cost-efficient, and sustainable menus
  • Lead and mentor a culinary team, fostering growth and collaboration
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food quality and consistency
  • Manage budgets, food costs, labor, and vendor relationships
  • Enforce compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Stay current with culinary trends and integrate new ideas into dining services

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Culinary degree + professional certifications
  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or senior culinary leader
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, menu development, and food safety
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Ability to stand/walk long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Higher education or large-scale food service leadership background
  • Budget management and vendor negotiation expertise
  • Experience creating sustainable, innovative dining programs
