We are hiring a Retail Director to oversee multiple campus retail outlets, ensuring exceptional service, operational excellence, and financial success.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead strategic planning and daily operations across multiple retail dining outlets (cafés, coffee shops, grab-and-go)
- Drive sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency
- Oversee inventory, merchandising, and pricing strategies
- Collaborate with vendors to source quality products and negotiate terms
- Mentor and manage retail managers and staff to ensure excellent service
- Analyze sales and market trends to identify growth opportunities
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (advanced degree a plus)
- Proven retail management experience with strong sales and financial results
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and team development skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-location environment
- Must pass a background check
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Experience in campus dining or hospitality-based retail
- Knowledge of industry trends and customer preferences
- Vendor management and contract negotiation expertise
